He has provided representation to transactions with values ranging from multi-million to multi-billion. His practice also includes complex debt financing, including senior syndicated and mezzanine financing. In addition to merger and acquisition activity, Frank operates as outside general counsel for a number of private companies, private equity funds and family offices with regard to the day-to-day management of legal affairs.
