Donald Figliulo is a Shareholder at Polsinelli where he served as vice chair of the firms Securities and Corporate Finance practice group. He has more than 30 years of experience counseling a diverse range of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies and their governing boards on transactions, finance and governance matters. As a former in-house general counsel, Don often acts as outside general counsel to several of Polsinelli's clients. As a member of the SEC/Corporate finance practice group, Don works with issuers, investors, underwriters, and placement agents, and he counsels public and private companies in all aspects of their businesses, including with respect to Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and securities exchange listing requirements, federal and state securities laws. He also routinely advises companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance issues and general corporate matters. As part of the Polsinelli team of attorneys who focus on mergers and acquisitions involving private equity, Don has extensive experience advising private and public companies, private equity funds and sponsors, investors, and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate transactions. He has assisted with the negotiation and implementation of all types of M&A transactions, varying from small add on acquisitions to larger public and private company exits. The clients Don serves include manufacturers of consumer and industrial products, pharmaceutical, life science and health care companies, food service companies, information technology companies, and private equity companies and sponsors.
