Tobias Jager Bio

Tobias Jager learned how to advise on classic M&A/private equity and venture capital transactions from the ground up and has continuously expanded his range of advice to include the restructuring and reorganization of companies. He is knowledgeable in corporate, commercial and insolvency law and leads our restructuring and insolvency practice. He finds reliable solutions on a legally sound basis for special situations, joint ventures and distressed transactions. Mr. Jäger has been passing on his expertise for years as a lecturer at the University of Münster and host of the Frankfurt Insolvency and M&A Forum (FIMA).
