Nicolai Orsted is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and focuses on M&A, investments, capital market transactions (IPOs, take-over bids etc) as well as venture capital. Nicolai's clients include private equity funds and venture funds, investment banks, industrial businesses and listed companies, in particular in the financial sector. Nicolai is one of the most experienced lawyers in terms of transactions in the financial sector, having advised on the largest and most complex matters. In addition to transactions, Nicolai also advises listed companies on disclosure requirements and corporate governance. Nicolai’s advice is based on a strong legal foundation and his in-depth commercial and strategic knowledge. Nicolai was Plesner's managing partner during the period 2009-2014 and was previously the chairman of Plesner's board of directors.
