Anne Kathrine Horup Roug is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and advises on Danish and international M&A transactions. Anne Kathrine has advised on a large number of M&A transactions and has extensive experience advising private equity clients as well as industrial clients, both as buyers and as sellers. Anne Kathrine also has in-depth experience of joint ventures and general corporate law, including corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, liquidations and management incentive programmes. In addition, Anne Kathrine is an experienced lecturer and has been an external lecturer in corporate law at the University of Copenhagen.
