Yuri Zugolaro Bio

Graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Economics and Business of Bologna. Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Padua and the Register of Auditors. He deals with tax and corporate consultancy (mainly for multinational clients), Transfer Pricing, international taxation and taxation related to M&A operations. He serves as Mayor of important national and international companies. Contract professor at the University of Bologna from 2001 to 2007 (course in “Corporate Auditing”) and teacher at the Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bologna. Speaker at various conferences on current issues in the fiscal and tax fields.
