Stefano Tronconi is a Senior Partner and member of the Senior Partners Council of Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. His professional career is characterized by a deep and consolidated experience in M&A, Private Equity and in the reorganization of national and international groups. He is an expert in international taxation and has been assisting clients in procedures with the Financial Administration for over 30 years, both in the pre-litigation phase and as a defender before the jurisdictions of the Tax Commissions. He serves as Mayor and member of the Board of Directors of important national and international groups. Graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors. Technical consultant to the Judge at the Court of Milan.
