Graduated in Economics and Business Law at Bocconi University in Milan Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Legal Auditors. She deals with corporate tax consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning within national and international groups. She has gained significant experience in Private Equity transactions and is recognized as one of the reference professionals in this field as well as in tax M&A. He acts as Mayor and Non-Executive Director of companies, including listed ones, belonging to national and international groups. Contract professor in a leading Italian University in tax matters. Author of publications and conferences on tax M&A and private equity.
