Graduated in Law “cum laude” from the University of Milan. He is registered with the Milan Bar Association and the Special Register of the Supreme Court of Cassation. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, financial transactions and corporate reorganizations. Licensed as an Italian law consultant in the State of New York. The independent publications “Chambers Global – The World's Leading Lawyers 2013” ​​and “Global Counsel 3000” list Maurizio Bernardi as a “highly recommended lawyer” in the sectors of “Corporate/M&A”, “Private Equity”, “Banking and Finance” and “Restructuring and Insolvency” respectively.
