Gabriele Arcuri Bio

Graduated in Law at the University of Roma Tre, he is registered with the Rome Bar Association. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, and deals with M&A, leveraged buy-out and private equity transactions. He has also gained consolidated experience in restructuring and distressed M&A, in corporate governance matters, real estate and in extraordinary transactions involving regulated entities, in particular financial institutions and insurance companies. Assists multinational companies and groups in ordinary and extraordinary activities. Member of boards of directors and supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 at important companies.
