Graduated in Law with full marks “cum laude” from the State University of Milan, she is registered with the Milan Bar Association. Specialized in M&A (both local and cross border, with specific reference to acquisitions and disposals of share packages and companies, as well as leveraged buy-out and private equity transactions) and joint ventures. In this field, she has gained considerable experience in the negotiation of acquisition financing and related security package, as well as in the development and management of stock option plans and co-investment agreements with management. He also boasts consolidated experience in the insurance sector with regard to both extraordinary (including joint ventures between insurance and banking groups) and ordinary operations.
