Amélie Maindron Bio

Amélie Maindron is partner at Villechenon that she joined in 2013 as an associate. She specializes in Venture Capital, Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. She assists companies (and their founders and managers) at all stages of their development (creation, fund-raisings, LBOs, liquidity events, employees and managers incentive plans), as well as French and foreign institutional investors with their investments and liquidity events in France and abroad. Amélie holds a double Master Grande Ecole and Business Law degree from Skema Business School and a diploma in mediation.
