Roberta Bilotti Demange Bio

Roberta advises Brazilian and international clients on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, project development, and corporate reorganizations. Roberta's depth of knowledge and experience extends across a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, health, aviation, and mining, where she has established a particularly strong practice. Her diverse portfolio of clients including corporates, financial institutions and private equity funds. Roberta serves as the Program Officer of the IBA's Mining Law Committee.
