Guilherme Sampaio Monteiro, a capital markets partner at the firm, has worked on more than 100 stock offerings. In 2020, he was awarded by UK’s Client Choice as Brazil’s leading capital markets attorney. Guilherme acted in the following awarded transactions: acquisition of Avon by Natura (representing Natura); merger of TAM S.A. into Lan Airlines and creation of LATAM (representing Lan); acquisition of Amil by United Health (representing United Health); JV Boeing and Embraer (representing Boeing). He is also a professor of capital markets at FGV's post-graduate program in law, and a member of B3’s advisory board of offering issuers and arrangers.
