Bio

Fernando De Almeida Prado has been a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 1998. He focuses his practice on derivatives and corporate finance transactions. He has a LL.B. degree from the Mackenzie University (1988) and a Specialization in Corporate Law from the same university (1992). Mr. Almeida Prado is a member of the Legal Committee for the Brazilian International Bank Association (ABBI), as well as a member of the arbitrage committee of BM&F Bovespa. He is also the firm's representative in the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). Mr. Almeida Prado is responsible for the ISDA netting and collateral opinions related to Brazil and has written several articles in domestic and foreign publications. He participates as a speaker in various seminars and similar events related to banking and derivatives.
