Cauê Rezende Myanaki Bio

Cauê Myanaki works in the corporate sector, with experience advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity , capital markets, publicly traded company governance, share-based compensation plans, and administrative proceedings with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He has participated in some of the largest business combinations in Brazil involving publicly traded companies, including Hapvida-NotreDame, Localiza-Unidas, and Stone-Linx. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI) and a member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Committee of Ibrademp. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
