Caio Ferreira Silva joined the corporate practice at the São Paulo office of Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 2001. His practice primarily focuses on banking and finance and encompasses project finance, structured/corporate finance, PPPs, privatizations, investment funds, capital markets, international investments, M&A and corporate law. Having graduated (LL.B.) from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2003, he holds a major in Business and Tax Administration Law from the same University. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of São Paulo (2007) and an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School (2011). He worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in New York (2011-2012). He was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in 2004.
