André Bernini advises Brazilian and international clients from various industries on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a prominent role in private equity , distressed M&A , and the acquisition of infrastructure projects ( greenfield and brownfield ). He primarily represents private equity funds , infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic players on both the buy and sell sides , but also has significant experience representing founders and family businesses on the sell side . His institutional work includes membership in the IBA Young Lawyers' Committee and the firm's Social Responsibility Committee. He is licensed to practice law in New York State, USA, in 2013.
