Tammy Chang represents large institutional investors in all aspects of their investment programs, including structuring and negotiating investments in private equity and hedge funds, separate accounts and commingled vehicles. Tammy represents public pension plans in hedge fund and private equity investments, with a focus on acquisitions and multi-party large-scale dispositions of private equity, real estate and hedge fund investments in the secondary market. She also has extensive experience in private mergers and acquisitions within a wide-range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, retail, restaurant and beverage, and entertainment and media.
