Pillsbury Corporate partner Steve Wurzburg is a trusted adviser to emerging growth and large corporations, guiding clients from formation through transformative, multimillion-dollar financings, M&A’s, and IP and IPO transactions. Steve represents many high-tech and consumer product companies that develop, manufacture, or distribute computer hardware and software, cannabis, telecommunications, chemical, and solar energy products and have Software as a Service (SaaS) and App offerings. Experienced in corporation, LLC, partnership, securities, antitrust, tax, UCC and international law, he serves as outside counsel to small companies and partners with larger clients’ in-house counsel. Steve handles entity formation, financing and stock liquidity matters; selling and licensing products and services; protecting and monetizing IP assets; executive and employee compensation; and director/shareholder relations issues.
