Samuel Ng focuses his practice on a diverse range of corporate finance and securities matters. Samuel’s experience includes securities offerings, M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity investments and other corporate transactions in Hong Kong and China, as well as regulatory and compliance work. Samuel has worked in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange where he approved various Main Board IPOs and oversaw the ongoing compliance and monitoring for Main Board listed issuers.
