Paul Casas, recognized by Chambers USA, The Legal 500 U.S. and Best Lawyers, is the co-leader of Pillsbury’s Corporate Venture Capital practice and is a partner in Pillsbury’s Corporate practice. Paul advises entrepreneurs, investors and startup companies across a variety of industries through all stages of their life cycle, including formation, seed and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and fund formation. Paul also advises both strategic acquirers and target companies in their mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, joint ventures and other transactional matters.
