Miles Mason Bio

Miles Mason advises television and radio broadcasters, telecommunications carriers and other media and technology companies on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and policy issues. Miles structures and negotiates mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, programming and distribution agreements, cable and satellite carriage agreements, and other operational agreements. He also represents clients on FCC compliance, enforcement, rulemakings and adjudicatory proceedings, and he advises lenders and equity investors on a variety of FCC regulatory issues. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the Washington, DC, communications firm of Fisher Wayland Cooper Leader & Zaragoza, which merged with Shaw Pittman in 2000.
