Meghan Doherty Bio

Meghan Doherty represents clients in a wide variety of matters including bid protests, cybersecurity, M&A, size protests and appeals, claims, and suspensions and debarments. Meghan has experience advising clients across many industries including aerospace and defense, intelligence, information technology, health care and transportation. She has successfully represented clients in matters before the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals. Meghan regularly advises clients on cybersecurity compliance issues including compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework. Meghan also has an active pro bono practice.
