Julie Park Bio

Julie Park is a Chambers-ranked partner and works with a variety of public and private company clients, including tech companies and startups. Julie’s practice focuses on corporate matters and securities transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, venture capital financings and other corporate and transactional matters. Julie has also represented clients in a number of SPAC transactions. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Julie practiced in New York, where she represented a broad range of financial institutions in acquisition financings, syndicated loan transactions, refinancings and secured and unsecured high-yield bond offerings.
