James Campbell leads the Corporate & Securities practice of the London office which advises on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, banking and fund formation with particular reference to the oil and gas, mining, financial services, transportation, real estate and technology sectors. His clients range from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies and include leading names in the oil and gas, financial services and technology industries. He has extensive experience of advising clients on and from developing markets and is a past adviser to the Russian Federal Securities Commission and the Uzbek Centre for the Securities Markets. He is author of a considerable number of publications and is regularly quoted in the press.
