Eunice Choi Bio

Eunice Choi is the leader of Pillsbury’s Private Capital Sponsor practice and a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice. Eunice represents sponsors in the formation of a wide variety of private capital funds, ranging in size from multibillion-dollar partnerships to early-stage micro venture capital firms. Eunice has extensive experience in organizing domestic and offshore fund entities for both fund establishment and the conduct of investment activities, preparing investment fund offering documents, negotiating partnership agreements and side letters with investors, structuring investment transaction vehicles and documenting investment subscription processes. She also counsels investment advisers with regard to their regulatory compliance matters and a select number of institutional and corporate investors with regard to their investments in private funds.
