Ellen Grady Bio

Ellen Grady advises public, private and nonprofit entities on complex corporate transactions, principally mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Ellen works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, with significant experience in the defense and government services industry, health care and health care IT, and software and technology. She has advised companies on complex corporate restructurings, including real estate transactions, and has extensive experience advising public companies, private companies and nonprofits on a wide range of corporate governance and compliance issues. Ellen also has experience structuring real estate funds and joint ventures, including compliance with federal securities law issues.
