David Holland Bio

David Holland serves as a strategic legal and business advisor to his venture capital, growth equity and private equity clients—from the early stages of building investment firms and spearheading fundraisings to the later stages of growth into long-standing, successful fund managers. David partners with clients in their business ventures, guiding them through key decisions and strategic transactions. He advises clients in all stages of fundraisings, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, marketing to potential investors and throughout the capital-raising process. David also provides strategic ongoing advice to his clients with respect to upper-tier structuring and succession planning, and has served as counsel for continuation funds, secondary transactions, real estate fundraisings, debt fundraisings and GP-led restructurings.
