Armando Castro is a partner in Pillsbury’s Emerging Growth & Venture Capital group. With a diverse practice, he represents clients ranging from formation-stage to mature public companies. Armando also represents the boards of directors, investors and investment banks that invest and work with those companies. His industry background includes financial technologies and payment systems, cybersecurity, software, pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, renewable energy, enterprise and telecom networking, wireless technologies and semiconductors. He has represented clients in domestic and international matters of many types. Experienced in both in-house counsel and law firm environments, he is also a certified public accountant.
