Joseph Fastiggi represents lender- and borrower-side clients in a variety of public and private financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged financings for acquisitions and recapitalizations. Joe has substantial experience on both bank and bond financings, including the representation of financing sources in acquisitions, and has represented lender- and borrower-side clients in both syndicated and direct lending financings, as well as underwriter- and issuer-side clients in the issuance of high-yield debt and equity offerings. He has practiced in a variety of industries, including retail, industrial and manufacturing, software, pharmaceuticals, automotive, telecommunications, fintech, energy and financial services. Recent financing transactions include borrower-side representations for Sinclair Broadcast Group and Wilbur-Ellis and lender-side representations for TRC Companies, Dominion Voting Systems, ABB Con-Cise and Dealogic.
