Drew Simon-Rooke is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice located in the Silicon Valley and Los Angeles offices. Drew focuses on startups, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, public company reporting and corporate governance matters. He represents public and private companies in buy-side and sell-side M&A and Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) transactions, private equity funds, emerging companies and venture funds in connection with financings and issuers and investment banks with equity and debt offerings. Some of Drew’s representative private equity fund clients have included: Ullico Infrastructure Fund, Primavera Capital Group, Silver Lake Partners, Hellman & Friedman, KSL Capital Partners and Carlyle Group. Drew’s clients are primarily technology companies, but also include companies in the financial, health care and real estate sectors. He has extensive experience on private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
