Steven Szuch Bio

Steven Szuch concentrates his practice on complex business transactions and corporate matters. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting corporate and commercial contracts of all shapes and sizes. Over the last 25+ years, Mr. Szuch has become an expert in crafting and implementing practical solutions to business and legal issues. He also has significant experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, formation of partnerships and special purpose entities, real estate leases and purchase/sale deals, banking and financial transactions, licensing and intellectual property matters, venture capital transactions, and corporate restructuring and risk management. He represents a diverse array of clients across several industry vertical markets, including but not limited to consumer products, technology, manufacturing, entertainment and sports media, real estate development, financial services, and start-ups. Mr. Szuch is a proud recipient of the Evans Scholarship (1989-1993), a four-year full-scholarship to the University of Michigan, sponsored by the Western Golf Association – Evans Scholars Foundation. He served as a Director of the WGA-ESF (2007-2018) to support fundraising and development activities, and currently serves as Director Emeritus (2019-present).
