Peter Smith Bio

Peter Smith brings a unique perspective to every case and project he accepts. He has served as Corporate Counsel for numerous companies in various industries, including Health and Fitness, Technology, Cannabis, Entertainment, and Manufacturing. In addition, he has served as interim CEO, COO, and advisor throughout his career, working with numerous startups from ideation to realization. He has experience with fundraising and deal structures, often finding creative solutions to his client’s biggest problems. Peter’s approach to any issue mixes a clear business understanding with a deep knowledge of corporate law and civil litigation. He has taken on major companies on behalf of his clients and negotiated difficult M&A transactions. Unlike other attorneys, Peter always brings his diverse background as both corporate counsel, advisor, and litigator with over 12-years of operations experience in the startup space working for major companies as well as founding companies in ecommerce, healthcare, and international advisory. Peter is a results-oriented counselor who enjoys problem solving with unique solutions and novel ideas. He graduated with a double major in English and History from Franklin & Marshall College and earned his J.D. from New York Law School.
