Dean Wang represents companies and individuals in corporate transactional and regulatory matters. He assists companies in mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, general contracting, and deal structuring. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, technology, and energy industries. As a trained MBA and an attorney, Mr. Wang adds value to his clients by guiding them through complex laws that govern their operations and helping them develop innovative structures and strategies to compete at their highest level in the marketplace. Mr. Wang has advised publicly traded corporations, energy developers, tech startups, medical practices, healthcare facilities, and medical technology companies. He has experience advising clients on issues relating to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS), energy regulations, federal securities laws, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-kickback law). Prior to joining Pierson Ferdinand, Dean H. Wang worked in the Corporate Law and Health Care Law Practice Groups at Fox Rothschild and K&L Gates.
