Sharon Prise Azurin concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and health law, including business and not-for-profit corporation formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. As the firm’s Not-For-Profit Practice Team Leader, Sharon also counsels not-for-profit and health care clients on a broad array of issues, including corporate governance, compliance and other transactional arrangements.
