Deborah Doxey is a dealmaker, who has represented lenders and borrowers in structuring and closing complex loan transactions for over 20 years. Debbie gets her clients a great deal, while getting the deal done. Debbie works with banks and other financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and closing sophisticated loan transactions. She represents traditional lenders, lead banks, agents and other lenders in syndicated credit facilities, commercial real estate lenders, letter of credit issuers and asset-based lenders. Debbie also has expertise representing foreign lenders in securing guaranties and collateral from companies and individuals in the United States. She also is experienced in assisting banks and other financial institutions in negotiating workout and forbearance arrangements. Debbie also represents public, private and not-for-profit businesses in closing traditional secured and unsecured credit facilities, debt offerings and municipal bond financing, as well as advising businesses on their existing facilities when problems arise.
