Managing Partner at PPU expert in Corporate/M&A, Tax and International Trade and Private Clients and Family Law. He has advised multiple clients from diverse Colombian and International sectors in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has participated as advisor and facilitator for local and foreign clients in joint ventures and other types of associations. He has advised both local and international clients on national and regional tax matters. Leveraging his expertise in international taxation, he has served as a consultant on multi-jurisdictional projects. Martín has also worked closely with Colombian tax authorities in the drafting and development of both statutory and regulatory tax provisions.
