Managing Partner at PPU Chile, specializing in commercial law, particularly in corporate advisory for both Chilean and international clients, and in mergers and acquisitions. He has advised prominent clients on a wide range of commercial operations, including corporate reorganizations, foreign investments, financial restructurings, international contract negotiations, company mergers, and joint ventures. He provides ongoing counsel to companies across various sectors of the economy, with a focus on the chemical-pharmaceutical, education, transportation, and aquaculture industries. He is also a Professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Director of the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
