Guillermo Ferrero Bio

Partner at PPU admitted to practice Law in United States (New York) and Peru. Guillermo is an expert in corporate matters as mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, in which he has represented both sellers and buyers. He has advised significant clients in all kinds of financial transactions, including issuance programs of debt instruments (bonds, short-term instruments, negotiable certificate of deposit), equity issues, medium-term syndicated loans, leasing transactions, asset securitization, etc. In addition, in 2018 Guillermo was part of the working group in charge of the revision of the “General Law of Companies” as a special request from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
