Partner at PPU member of the Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets teams. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate law. She has advised clients on public offerings, listing processes, and matters of corporate governance and financing. She worked as an international associate for Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados in Brazil, in the Capital Markets area.
