He has advised significant clients in local and foreign finance and infrastructure operations for the concession of infrastructure projects such as highways, ports, airports, railways, water treatment plants, among others. Ronald also has ample experience in syndicated loans, bond issuances, representing sponsors and financial institutions (local and foreign), investment banks, multilaterals, among others.
