Anne Bateman is a partner and specialises in intellectual property law, technology, data protection and privacy, life sciences and in public and administrative law and dispute resolution. Anne is a recognised Irish expert in intellectual property law, technology law, data protection and privacy and in the area of life sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices). Anne specialises in privacy law and is CIPP/E certified (Certified Privacy Information Professional) (GDPR included). She does both contentious and non-contentious work, including regulatory and advisory work, in these areas.
