Michael Owen counsels companies, funds, investment advisors, banks and other investors in private equity and debt finance transactions. In addition to new deals, Mike negotiates debt and equity restructurings, and guides the workout of troubled financial situations. He advises clients on the application of a wide variety of inter-creditor arrangements and on debtor/creditor rights in bankruptcy. He assists clients in designing equity investments, warrants and convertible notes.
