Kyle Simon Bio

Kyle Simon represents private equity funds and public and private companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, minority investments, secondaries investments and joint ventures. For his private equity clients, Kyle has additional experience structuring and implementing upper tier holding structures, rollover equity investments and pre-sale restructurings. Kyle also advises private company clients and portfolio companies on general corporate matters, including commercial contracts, complex organizational documents, executive compensation and employment agreements.
