He represents public and private clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving industries such as software and technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, digital media and entertainment, gaming, music, and information services. Throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, Justin collaborates with senior management and principals on structure and process, coordinates legal due diligence, leads documentation drafting and negotiation, and moves the deal to close.
