Across his more than 10 years of experience, Craig has handled numerous transactions, including growth investments, acquisitions, and commercial transactions in the U.K. and globally. Craig advised clients in industries including technology, fintech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and construction. His work is informed by his executive-level experience overseeing fundraising processes and equity transactions, legal and regulatory matters, and new jurisdiction expansion and governance.
