David Kendall Bio

David Kendall heads the business services division, with overall responsibility for its strategic direction, and is a member of the firm's strategy board. A senior partner in the corporate team, he specialises in advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, MBOs/MBIs, reorganisations and insolvency-based transactions, as well as corporate joint ventures and shareholder disputes. Acting for private and public limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and entrepreneurs, David has particular expertise in the technology and private wealth sectors. He is a member of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency team. A significant proportion of his work has an international element and he regularly advises non-UK based corporates. David is recognised and highly ranked by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 where he is described as an ‘exceptional lawyer’ and having 'a rare mix of the technical and commercial which is vital to any M&A deal'.
