Peter Lepsch Bio

Peter Lepsch has been with Peebles Kidder since 2016. Mr. Lepsch is an administrative law and litigation attorney involved in representing tribal governments nationwide since 2001. His representation involves all aspects of tribal governance and sovereignty including relations with the federal government, regulatory compliance, tribal enterprises, membership as well as state-tribal-federal jurisdictional matters. He is especially involved in the firm's government affairs practice including advocacy of tribal interests before Congress and federal agencies in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lepsch brings his multidisciplinary background and his experience in international affairs and foreign policy to representing clients' complex and novel problems they confront daily and historically in Indian Affairs.
