Nicola Brunetti Bio

His activity focuses mainly on advising clients on private and public M&A, Capital Markets and Venture Capital, assisting major corporations, listed and unlisted companies and investments funds in domestic and cross-border, ordinary and extraordinary, and equity capital markets transactions. His advice covers a full range of capital markets transactions including IPOs, rights issues, public M&A and public to private transactions, SPAC formation and business combinations. He also advises listed and unlisted companies and their shareholders on matters of corporate governance and regulatory issues, in particular as far as regulations issued by Consob (Supervisory Instructions, Issuers’ Regulations, etc.) are concerned. Throughout his career, Nicola has developed a strong expertise on Venture Capital, advising investors and start-ups operating in particular in the Life Sciences, Fintech and other sectors related to advanced technologies, assisting them on a wide range of matters from their initial growth phase, through Seed investments, Series A and Series B rounds, exit procedures and IPOs. He graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 1991 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in January 1996. From 1992 to 1995, he collaborated with the department of Civil Law of the faculty of Economics of the University of Pavia.
